The chalet is brand new and a lovely blend of modern elegant design and traditional materials.

The main living area is located on the ground floor where there is also a spacious garage for ski and bike storage, and a laundry area, as well as a lovely protected terrace offering magnificent views.

There is an entrance hall leading to a spacious open plan living space with elegant wraparound kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area that is all very light and made cosy with the wood burning stove.

The top floor has a separate TV area and four spacious and comfortable bedrooms with vaulted ceilings,balconies, two bathrooms and a separate WC.

LOCATION

The chalet is located in the village of Vallorcine, a 2-minute drive from the Balme-Vallorcine ski area. A bus stop is located at the foot of the chalet.
